Step 1: Place the full circumference of The Loose Powder Brush into the mesh sifter of The Gossamer Loose Powder, give gentle pressure to load the powder onto the brush, and sweep over entire face or in areas to set or mattify the skin.
The Loose Powder Brush can be used to apply loose and pressed powders.
