The Neo-Highlighter is a highly-pigmented, three-in-one rainbow of radiance, creating a subtle multi-dimensional strobed effect that lasts all day. The highly-milled powder contains ultra-fine pearl particles to work like a soft-focus lens, blurring imperfections and accentuating your best features with a subtle, skin-enhancing gleam. The ombré trio can be used separately or applied together in one multi-dimensional sweep of luminosity. ‘Candlelight’ is the lightest shade in the spectrum offering a sheer, opalescent, champagne-hued glow, while ‘Starlight’ gives a pearly, silvery-apricot gleam – together they make a shimmering shortcut to cut-glass cheek bones, streamlined noses and impeccably sculpted brows. ‘Sunlight’ grants a veil of glistening, bronze shimmer for subtle sunkissing. Multi-purpose as well as many-hued, a small amount of this highlighter can be dabbed over lipstick to create a natural shimmer and applied to the inner corner of eyes to open and illuminate.

How to Use
Create a soft highlighted glow by finishing your look with one swipe of all three shades of The Neo-Highlighter. Use The Neo-Powder Brush and gently sweep the product across your cheekbones. Make sure to shake off excess product pick up before application.
Pro Tips
Apply the lightest shade to inner corner of the eye and cheekbones. Apply the middle shade to the eyelid. Sweep the darkest shade in your crease and under your lower lash line to frame the eye and create a brazen contoured eye look.
