How the App Works This easy-to-use app takes a pulse reading based on your heart rhythms from your earlobe and instantly develops a breathing sequence for you to follow. Used just a few minutes a day, this cutting edge phone app helps you transform feelings of anger, anxiety or frustration into peace, ease, clarity, and success.

Inner Balance Trainer works exclusively with the one of a kind Inner Balance Sensor for iOS (included) that attaches to your iPhone or iPad and your earlobe and feeds your heart rhythms into the app. No technology on the market today tracks at the high level of the Inner Balance Sensor.

What a Session Looks Like:

  • Acknowledge Your Disposition – Enter how you are feeling in the moment and then run a session focusing on a positive moment. Research has shown that focusing on positive emotions can greatly reduce the effects of stress and help you reach a more peaceful state. (BRAND NOTE: use image of disposition screen)
  • Follow Your Goals – To start your journey of wellness and high coherence, Inner Balance has a goal for you to follow that will help you change your response to stress and negative feelings.
  • Run a Session – Plug the HeartMath Sensor for iOS onto your iPhone and ear, press start, breathe along with the pacer and recall a moment when you felt joy.
  • Get Real-Time Coaching – See your HRV and coherence level as you are gently coached through a session.
  • Track Your Progress – Inner Balance keeps a history of all your sessions and tracks how you are progressing over time.
  • Write About It – Keep track of your progress with the app. Record your feelings, your environment, stress triggers, and stress relievers in the Inner Balance Journal.
  • Additional Features – Breathe along with your heart rhythms with one of the three breathing pacers. We’ve pre-programmed two pacers, and left the freedom for you to create your own personal pacer.
  • Advanced Screens – Advance screens and charts provide a more detailed view of the changing heart rhythms and amount of time in “the coherence zone.”
