Linda has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 25 yrs. She began her career in Massage Therapy with great zeal to help people obtain an optimal level of Physical wellness.

Linda’s passion for sports massage, led her to be the Massage Therapist for a Professional Soccer Team for 10 years. She has worked with several other professional athletes, as well as many non-professional athletes to help them recover from injuries, and enhance their athletic performance.

Linda has taken numerous continuing education courses in various massage therapy modalities through the years, including courses on NeuroMuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release. These are very effective techniques for clients who present with chronic pain, and are often very successful in reducing painful muscle conditions.

Myofascial Release is a very safe effective massage technique that uses a gentle sustained pressure to help eliminate pain and restore proper muscle motion, this light pressure allows the Fascia to elongate and move more freely.

NeuroMuscular Therapy (NMT) is a highly effective technique that uses a multidisciplinary approach. It is a precise, thorough examination and treatment of the body’s soft tissue utilizing a step by step protocol. Such as assessing and examining posture, gait patterns and neural entrapment.

Linda is also a Registered Radiology Technologist who works with Orthopedic and Neurological surgeons. She also has experience working in MRI and Surgery.
